Confirm the vacancy
Find the role on the employer’s official careers page and check the location, responsibilities and application deadline there. JobCraft helps prepare resumes and cover letters; it is not a job board and does not publish verified vacancies or recruit candidates.
Match your evidence to the role
Pick three requirements in the posting and note a genuine example for each. Use your own employment, coursework, projects or volunteering. Explain what you did and what changed without inventing metrics or qualifications.
Prepare the documents requested
Use the resume builder to organize your experience. Add a tailored cover letter if requested, explaining why this role interests you and one relevant example. Follow the employer’s instructions for file type, document length and naming. JobCraft supports plain text and browser PDF printing, not Word export.
Protect your personal information
Verify the organization and the destination before sharing personal information. Keep identity numbers and bank details out of your resume. Treat requests to pay for a guaranteed job as a reason to investigate independently before proceeding.
Review and submit through the official channel
Read the complete application, open the exported document and replace all sample placeholders. Submit through the employer’s stated channel and keep a copy of the posting and submitted files. A template cannot guarantee selection.
Track your follow-up
Keep a simple list of the employer, role, application date and next action. Prepare interview examples using your own resume. JobCraft documents stay in your browser, so export a backup before changing devices.
